LOAD BINDER

In the national market since 2009, FUERTES offers the load binder, expanding its vast product line for cargo lashing, lifting and handling.

This equipament is a device that makes it possible to pull the chain slings used to transport loads. It is produced in compliance with D.O.T. and C.V.S.A (USA) and EN 12.195-3.

Equipment of great importance in the lashing of machines and equipment, it has two versions, the lever load binder and the ratchet type. Both have the same function, with shortening hooks at their ends that allow a quick and effective connection with grade 8 chains, however the ratchet type load binder has had the users’ preference for not allowing accidental opening, which increases the risk of accidents.

Widely used in transporters in the load removal and allocation activities, industries of various segments, mining companies, port works and in oil platforms, supply docks, cargo warehouses, airports, boats etc. The load binder is present in the daily routine of these activities as an essential item, promoting safety in transportation and storage.

Made of grade 8 alloy steel, the equipament has several load capacities, following the diameters of grade 8 chains. They serve different types of loads and are used in direct or diagonal lashing in most cases, a fact that requires the correct dimensioning in case if it reaches the correct specification. Withstands high pressures and allows easy handling with its shortening hooks, adapting to the useful length available in transport.
